Wake Forest basketball is the men’s basketball program representing Wake Forest University in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). With a rich history dating back to 1905, the team has experienced periods of success, including winning the ACC Tournament in 1962 and enjoying a golden era in the 1990s and early 2000s with multiple ACC titles and notable NBA players. However, in recent years, the program has faced challenges and coaching changes in an effort to regain its prominence. Under the leadership of head coach Steve Forbes, Wake Forest basketball continues its pursuit of revitalization and returning to its winning ways.
